• maintain appropriate professional boundaries Late arrivals may shorten the session duration. Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings

Booking a consultation establishes a professional psychologist–client relationship only for the scheduled consultation, subject to informed consent and applicable professional standards. Simply visiting the website, purchasing products, reading blogs, accessing Chat Stories, subscribing to newsletters, interacting through social media, or exchanging emails does not create an ongoing therapeutic, counselling, coaching, or psychologist–client relationship

Pro Behave provides psychology-informed educational resources and professional services. Our products, consultations, workshops, blogs and digital content are intended to support learning, reflection and emotional well-being. They are not intended to:

• diagnose mental illness

• prescribe medication

• replace psychiatric treatment

Some products may be enjoyed by children and families. However, consultations intended for minors should only be booked by a parent or legal guardian. Parents remain responsible for supervising children's use of our products and digital content
