Digital products and services — including chat stories, modules, and other online content — are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping. Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment.

SHIPPING REGIONS

We currently ship physical products within India. Shipping availability for specific locations may vary based on courier service coverage in your area.

If you are placing an order from outside India, please contact us before checkout to confirm whether delivery is available to your location.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Processing time for physical orders is typically 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, launches, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is successfully placed.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched:

Metro cities: 3–7 business days

Other serviceable locations in India: 5–10 business days

Remote or non-metro areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, local restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Any free-shipping offers or promotions will be applied automatically during checkout when eligible.

We reserve the right to update shipping fees and promotional shipping terms at any time without prior notice.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details with you via email or SMS, where available.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing window, please contact us with your order ID and registered email address.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Pro Behave is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, photos of the package and product, and a brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or other remedies in accordance with our Refund Policy.
