Aanya Jai is a psychologist, author, and founder of ProBehave EdVentures, with over a decade of experience in mental health, psycho-education, and behavioural interventions. A member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS), she has worked across clinical, educational, and organisational spaces, supporting individuals and institutions in building mental, emotional, and social well-being.
Her work focuses on simplifying psychology and making it applicable to everyday life. Through her initiative ProBehave, she designs psychology-led tools, games, and experiences that foster self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and psychologically safe environments.
Aanya has worked with 1000+ individuals and collaborated with 45+ government and non-government organisations across 70+ cities. Her approach integrates evidence-based therapy with culturally sensitive, holistic, and meaning-oriented frameworks.
She has studied at Harvard Summer School and IIM Bangalore (NSRCEL - Women Entrepreneurship Programme), and has contributed to literature through her poetry and co-authored work on therapeutic processes.
